The Business Intelligence Analyst Intern position will assist the BI team by contributing to project tasks, reporting updates, data governance, and quality assurance. The Business Intelligence team collaborates with other departments in the organization on data, analytics, and reporting. This is to facilitates our organization to make data driven decisions. During the internship, you will be working closely with our Data analyst and engineers and exposed to range of activities that an analytics team would typically perform. This position will be part time during the school year with the possibility of going full time during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and tracking of key metrics
• Assist with building and/or updating data visualizations
• Support the BI team in data governance efforts that align with Jamf’s policies as a publicly traded company
• Assist with dataset development in both a data warehouse and data visualization tool
• Support the BI team in QA efforts when developing reports for key stakeholders
• Partner with stakeholders in other parts of the business to ensure reporting accuracies and drive clarity in new projects
• Assist with documentation when needed
• Availability to work part time during the school year and potentially full time during the summer
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members
• Familiarity with SQL
• Completed at least 3 semesters working towards a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
